The Demarie winery lies in the ocean of hills and vineyards on the left bank of the Tanaro, among the landscape of the Roero. The vines, which cover 26 hectares, have grown up in the care of three generations of the same family. A particular focus on safeguarding the land and the environment has led the Demaries to choose only native grape varieties, and the result is authentic wines which exalt the Roero terroir.
When you book a visit, the family will guide you in your discovery of the traditional winemaking processes, concluding the tour with a wine tasting accompanied by cured meats, cheeses, artisan chutneys and the inevitable Piedmont hazelnut.
A large, modern tasting room, a garden with a children’s play area and various entertainment options open the doors to an experience to share with all the family, one of the crucial values that guide the work of the winery.
