Enrico Serafino

Six thousand square metres of winery contain modern winemaking equipment, great casks for ageing and the story of one of Piedmont’s oldest wine producers. The present-day premises are built on the original winery, which began production in 1878.

One section is dedicated to keeping tradition and memory alive, with a display of old tools and winemaking equipment. Continuing their tour, visitors can admire the 19th century underground cellars, where the temperature remains a constant 14 degrees, ideal for conditioning the Metodo Classico Alta Langa sparkling wines.

Every bottle is the result of experience gained over 140 harvests, and based on the rigorous rules of an artisan activity handed down through the generations.
